Rentokil Ripoff

i booked an appointment with head office in Cape Town for a roof rat problem at my house in Johannesburg. Had to pay upfront to secure a booking for 2 weeks hence. Your Representative rocked up 40 minutes late. When I explained the problem he had TO BORROW MY LADDERS to get into the roof - he didn't have any. ( Where the **** do you expect to find roof rats !!! ). He then stood on the ladder and threw 2 - 3 handfuls of ratex into the roof. He explained company insurance did not cover him to go into the roof !! 10 minutes, and R815.00 later he was gone. Now you have the audacity to send me an account for the amount I did an EFT for over a month ago before you would accept my booking. Disgusting service all round except for Veronica Snyman who reported the matter but with your normal indifference I assume it will be ignored. ( yr. ref. D19/J?***5 )
