Rentokil poor services!

Very disappointed in the *********** customer service received from Rentokil, an appointment was scheduled for bed bug treatment. No update received from Customer Service Team with regards to technician not being able to make it as he has car issues. This is highly unacceptable and inconvenient not only did we have to call them for an update but they could not even relay a message 2 hours after expected time of arrival. This is an urgent matter as the beds which were exposed cannot be used because of skin irritation, there are 2 children in the house who has rashes all over their body. I have never come across such *********** service before. I expect compensation for the inconvenience of this matter, fast to take payment but cannot deliver proper service delivery on time! UNACCEPTABLE!!
