Rentokil Intial - Poor business ethics

Deeply disappointed with Rentokil Intial's poor business ethics. It has been over a year and Rentokil Intial has not refunded the credit owed to Solotrade 1088 (Pty) Ltd. The company had an SLA agreement with Rentokil, before we could renew it for another term, and without authorisation debited the company’s account. In addition, the company paid over the invoice when issued. When brought to the accountants attention, he immediately requested a refund, however, still the refund has not been made.
