What can I say about Rentokil Initial? It is such a long list I will precis:

Rentokil Initial arrived in uniform during food service - they promised not to Rentokil Initial **** about what time they turned up Rentokil Initial did a really bad job - came back 3 times but job was still not compete Left our equipment in the garden to go rusty Person sent to sort issues insulted the hotel owners and had to be asked to leave - TWICE! Promised the bill did not need to be settled until we were happy - a lie! Bill was chased before the work was even completed then court threatened Debt collectors call EVERY DAY even when you are discussing the work not completed I escalated the issue and was told THE DIRECTOR no less would sort the problem HE DID NOT!

All in all Rentokil Initial MASSIVELY over charge, under deliver and do not care about what they do.

Rentokil Initial will be removed from all of our hotels, restaurants and bars.
