Possible *******ion

After having my property inspected I received a quote. I would have liked to proceed with the procedure, but the documents received and the process requested leaves a lot of room for *******ion (ie the banking details was sent in a separate Word document that can be edited and did not appear on the quote itself). In order to safeguard myself I called you trying to confirm a few things. I kept being transferred (after specifically requesting not to be) and cut off without anyone trying to assist me or even find out what it is that I need. Will someone senior in the organisation please contact me.
