Poor results from Rento****

I called Rentokil as I had rats in ceiling. They came threw some poison pellets into ceiling. A week later they returned looked into ceiling said pellets gone so put more in. Said to phone if smell starts. I phoned they came and got into ceiling gave cursory look around said couldn’t see anything. I then told them the kitchen also had smell they smelt around and said yes seem to be behind built in dishwasher. But, they don’t move built in appliances . I need a handyman to do that. But not to worry smell would go away on its own??????So no dead rats were removed . I got a handyman came and said built in appliances are not fixed and he pulled machine out easily with no tools needed and we then could dispose of the rat and all the worms etc and clean up. Surely if you pay R997 you should not just have poison put down and the rest is left up to you. I could have put Rattex in ceiling myself. I understood that rats would then be removed by them not me and a handyman. Now I still have to search for where the other rats are, home still smells. Very disappointed in this service.
