Poor admin and communication

We've been with Cannon, now Rentokil Initial for a few years. But recently I'm just fed up with their poor admin and communication with clients. In Nov 2021 I informed them of our change in address, effective Dec 2021. We are still waiting for service at the new address. I have sent follow up emails, to no avail. Your service sucks!!!!
