Pest Control that doesn't work!
I've paid more than R1000 for pest control (****roaches) for my home. After the first visit, the problem persisted and after the second 'spray', still the same problem. Absolutely NO difference! <br> <br> You product/service DOES NOT WORK and you guys are *****ing consumers' money, simply put. This trend of South African companies not providing what they advertise is just becoming such a norm. Highly disappointed. <br>

I'm sorry that we don't seem to be able to get your ****roach problem under control.
I have escalated your complaint to the relevant Branch manager and have asked that he contact you to see how best we can resolve your problem.
There are a number of external factors that can affect the resolution of an infestation and these need to be taken into consideration as well in order for the spray treatment to be effective. Our technician should have investigated these before doing the treatment.
We will do our best to resolve your problem speedily.
