PATHETIC SERVICE AND INCOMPETANT STAFF

I sent an E-mail on your website where I was called back this morning from your CPT branch where I was given a telephonic quote of R800 and some change for fumigation for ****aroaches where I was told they will send me an invoice to make payment first which was not done. when I call back I speak to 5 people who say they have no clue who I spoke to and can not help. they then transferred me to another branch who also could not assist and transferred me back to CPT branch. When I requested speaking to management I first got transferred to 3 incorrect people and then back to reception who again I asked to speak to management and got transferred straight to a voicemail system. For a large well known company as you are I think your service is absolutely PATHETIC and I have never in my life experienced such poor, amateur and plain useless service from any company.
