No show and refusing to spray unit paid for
Paid for a 1 bedroom unit that is tenanted to be sprayed for ****roaches. The agreed time was 9am on a weekday. Rentokil didn’t show and had to email to query. Response to email 20 minutes after agreed time was “ he is coming” no explanation, no apology. He showed up and refused to spray the entire 44m2 square unit and whoever else who was at “the office” he spoke to said only the bedroom was to be sprayed.
The invoice clearly says 1 bedroom unit but only one room was sprayed. I also specified on the phone it was a 44m2 unit. I have sent emails and I get no response from the same people who were responding to my emails. Invoice number ***
