INITIAL POOR SERVICE
My red star means EXTREMELY POOR ... We have had a contract with Rentokil (Initial) for about a year. We are a church and do not have a live-in caretaker. Our current caretaker lives 7-10mins away from church.
Yet ...
* I still can't get them to call me before they do service * I'm not able to check what they supply when there's a visitor/outside person using the venue ... that person doesn't know what they are supposed to * Since inception we have had a 'not working' thermometer/sanitising unit which they promised to replace ... still not done. In December we were given a stand-up sanitising unit ... it is empty for the past 2 weeks. Service was done last week ****h) but it wasn't filled. * We have a toilet paper holder hat doesn't work since a few months ago * We don't have a set monthly date ... first it's 30/31st now it's 11th * New service rep has not called since she's appointed
All of these complaints have been communicated with various people.

Please accept our sincerest apologies for the inconvenience of having our techs arrive to service when your caretaker is unavailable, and for the fact that you have empty units. This is really unacceptable, and has been escalated to the Branch Manager.
I have been advised that all the services have now been sorted out, and the units were refilled on Friday afternoon.
Ghody, your sales representative, will be making contact with you to discuss your service frequency and how we can do a better job better supporting your requirements.
