Ineffective products and clueless staff
I have a bird lice infestation. I called Rentokil Initial, they came the first time, I then reported that the problem was still persisting. Sevond time a guy came to spray, he didn't even seem to know what bird lice/mites are. He sprayed but still the problem persists. Really disappointed...yet Rentokil claims to hire professionals. Also when people come to spray they seem to be in quite a hurry. Really not thorough at all.
