Extremely unhappy

Very disappointed with Rentokil. I contacted them for a quote because there were scratching noises in my roof. They assumed that it was mice and invoiced me for the job to be done. When they inspected the roof, they discovered bats and not mice. I was advised to buy fumigation foggers and kill the bats myself. Upon their second inspection, I was told that the bats were gone, which was a lie because our gardener inspected the roof a few days after to discover that the bast were still there. They then said I will be refunded but received another mail from the branch manager to say that they will not refund me because I was happy with the job. Of course i will be happy to know the bats were gone but I was **** to. Now I have paid them and paid extra for the fumigation foggers and still sit with the issue of bats. They must be recommended for the "honest work" they do.
