Bad bad appalling service from this lot. Not sure how they remain in business. TWO reps visited high end Villa in Campsbay to have a look at a pest problem and discuss options. I was promised they would get back to me. I've had to call and email a few times. No further feedback. Moving on and taking business elswhere. Typical scenario in Cape Town.
