Doesn't honor their guarantees!!!
<p>Used the Centurion branch for termite extermination. Cost nearly R10k but came with a 5 year cerificate of guarantee.</p> <p> </p> <p>Less than a year later the termites are back and Rento**** isn't responding to my emails or calls. I've contacted management who seem just as slack.</p> <p> </p> <p>Do not waste your money wih this company!! </p> <p> </p> <p>I'm now taking the matter up with their UK holding company. Maybe someone will get fired.</p>

I am extremely disappointed to hear that our branch has not been forthcoming in terms of honouring a guarantee, as this is certainly not the way we do business as a company.
I have escalated this to the regional business manager for investigation and either she or the branch manager will be in contact with you once we have established what has gone wrong.
