Disorganized, unprofessional and no respect for their clients time

If I could give them minus stars I would. Rentokil was suppose to come out to my premises on the 28th of July 2022. 15 min after the appointment time they call me to tell me that the technician will not make it because of some personal issue or some other excuse, I don't know with them anymore. Today they were suppose to pitch up at 08:30 after an hour of phoning them and being pushed from pillar to post and dealing with numerous *********** call center consultants the last one mumbled some excuse as to why they are not coming( we still don't know what he was mumbling). They refuse to let you speak to management and they keep you on hold for minutes at a time. When my wife insisted on a call back within the next ten minutes all of a sudden all the problem were solved and my scheduled appointment has been pushed out by 3 hours. Because you know everybody has time to sit around and wait for 3 hours. I don't have a job.
