Western Cape Rental Housing Tribunal Poor Service

We have a dispute with our landlord and wrote a complaint. Cape Town Rental Tribunal accepted a phone call from the landlord, based on the phone call decided that we had no case, never giving us the opportunity to defend our case. So what happened to having a hearings and mediation? What is the purpose of the tribunal if they accept telephonic one sided arguments? Also wish I could rate ZERO. Case No.: 2019/274
