Almost non-existent service!

<p>We lodged a complaint about one month ago (no one was in the office and complaint had to be left at reception!), and every time we call the Cape Town office there is no response. We weren't given a case number for some time, and the letter that was supposedly posted 3+ weeks ago has still not arrived. We have no clue what the status of our case is and if anything is being done - we can't reach the office or our contact person.</p>
