Worst service

You people are only big on social media and advertising but the reality on the ground is the opposite.its been 3 days since I was done with new account onboarding, no one calls, just silence..I can see people have been waiting longer than that. Don't over promise if you cannot deliver..I have sent you 12 emails already with no feedback..
