Worst bank in South Africa.

This is the worst bank ever. With a slogan stating "lets get it done", this is terrible! The facebook page representatives and call center agents don't come back to you. The physical branches are re done but equipped with untrained, unfriendly and *********** staff. They really tend to not care about clients at all. I have submitted photos and videos of the Witbank branch completely abandoned, no-one there to assist us, hiding at the back for about an hour. The facebook page responded and stated that someone would call me on the 7th of May already. Now, a month later they are ignoring my messages to the page after numerous attemts. I am going to take this case to higher authorities. Worst bank ever!
