Worst Bank Ever

This is the worst bank that ever existed in South Africa .Even the Banking Ombud cannot manage them.They have treated me unfairely.For the 1 and a half years l having been waiting for them to release my money which they put on hold in my savings account with old mutal.I have provided them with the source of funds but still they do not want to let go.Why does this bank exist?Are they making more money out of peoples monies that they place on hold for no genuine reason.Someone must do an investigation about this Bank.
