Worst Bank Ever!!!!

<p><span style="color: #555555; background-color: #ffffff;">Less then a month banking with this bank and ive run into issues!Firstly your Eastgate branch is useless the manager needs soft s**** training cause she clearly hasnt got a cooking clue on customer service just cause im frustrated you dont need to be on my level as well useless...empathy and sympathy customer service 101! The young lady who was trying to assist knows nothing has to keep asking every 5min for assistance and starts laughing when shes puzzeled and cant answer and shruggs her shoulders oh my word where did u find her and that pathetic manager??!!! Further more its pay weekend with tears in my eyes i ask why you only have 2 tellers working in the whole bank so all in all there were 3 people(including the manager) in that entire bank???? If im already expiriencing such issues right at the beginning i shreak at the thought of whats to happen next.</span></p>
