World Currency Travel Card Purchase Disaster

I'm very disappointed with Bidvest bank with the way they have been handling my case. It's been almost two months since I have been making countless phone calls, emails, visits to their banks and still they have not solved the problem. I bought the MasterCard World Currency card on 2 April 2016 thinking that this was going to be the most convenient way to get a prepaid card to use on a business trip overseas. Only when I arrived half way across the world did I realise after logging into the App that the bank loaded less money on the card.

This was really an inconvenience as I was short and could not finish making all the purchases for the company. I was short $757.94. Immediately when I arrived back in South Africa, I informed the bank about this. I have spoken to several people physically at the bank, via call centre, via email, eventually I heard that the Manager was handling this and that I will be getting my refund but its been two months and he kept on saying he is working on it. Last week I was informed the refund had been done already, but there was no deposit in my account.

Then I was informed that the deposit would be made today. They have refunded only a quarter of the amount today, I did not receive my full refund. So, this dispute is still ongoing as still the bank has not refunded me the full amount. This money is still required inorder to complete the work that should have been done whilst away on the business trip.I'm very disappointed in Bidvest, I have been a customer for almost a decade and cannot believe how the service has detiorated. They are really proving that they have no interest in resolving customer complaints promptly and efficiently.

Can someone get back to me on when I will be receiving my full refund.
