Very Wonderful Service

I was assisted by Zinhle on 7 August 2020 at The Glen Shopping Centre/ Mall, went to go collect a western union payment and asked that the money be transferred to my grow account which was done but being a new client I accidentally switched off my account on the app and at the time because of my battery my phone switched off therefore I couldn't do any transactions, went back to the bank and received such exceptional service, Zinhle have me more than one solution and even offered to charge my phone for me, she was so helpful, friendly, patient and very emphatic, I walked out of there being assisted beyond my expectations, Bongani was also very helpful and I pray that they keep up the good work, Thank you from the bottom of my heart
