Useless service

Bidvest mandate system is a complete mess. I have been trying to sign my mandate but it is not working as it is picking up part of my surname as my first name and then verification fails. I've had to send my money twice now already only for it to fail and every time I need to pay a fee. Bidvest is outsourcing the mandate verification function to AZA Finance who do not respond to your emails and the landline number provided *** just rings. And in the meantime I don't have my money.
