Useless Bidvest bank must close down

My cousin sent me R5000 so my account was suspended when calling they told me to send the source of income which is my cousin's bank statement, I've been receiving a lot of money in my account why should you suspend it for this kind of money do you go around asking for people's statements or you are taking me for granted . Just close your business because you don't know what you are doing meaning I won't be able to go to work because I can't withdraw my money what about the money that was already in my account . I've been calling since but no one is helping
