Useless bank

I have a terrible experience with Bidvest Bank, I’m thinking of move both my accounts else. In this day and age who still uses forms to reverse scandalous debit orders from bogus service providers? Some company called ReKing Price has been debit R250 from my account for the past 2 years and I’ve brought this matter to attention of Branch and even call centre agents but was never assisted. It’s either I close my account or accept that R3000 will be deducted from my account and unfortunately I will choose the former. I will not complete any form when my account was opened online and suddenly when I have issues I must fill in unnecessary forms and send them back at whose expense. What type of the bank cannot protect its clients money
