Unsuccessful Mandate

Absolutely terrible. I am trying to sign my 2025 SARB Mandate to receive my salary form my company in Spain. I've tried three times and every time it has been unsuccessful. My employer and I have both tried everything on our side to see if we had incorrect information, but all is correct and when signing the mandate and it's reported as unsuccessful, I don't even understand why and how to rectify the problem. I've tried calling numerous numbers and I've sent email after email with absolutely no response. I have debit orders coming and I am waiting for my money.
