Unhappy Client

Their customer service and feedback to clients are so unprofessional.

Having access to my funds via forex payment has been an absolute nightmare yet their product states it the best in the business.

The Client service and call centre agents don't seem to understand a person needs and have experienced my calls been dropped , not answered or transferred to other foreign centres.

So shocked at their adverts as we as clients don't get exactly whats been advertised.
