unbelievable!

I requested forex on Thursday and was told that I could collect it on Saturday or Sunday. Sunday I received a telephone call that they are unable to open the safe and that the technician will only be coming in on Monday (the day of my departure) to attend to this. how can any financial institution who operates 7 days a week not have somebody attending to an emergency/problem like this on the day that it happens? I can get forex from any other financial institution and I shall definitely make use of professionals the next time I do. Bidvest will not see me again.
