*****ulent transactions

This is not Soo much a review but more a question. My wallet was ****** on April 7 this year. Before I stopped my card 8 unauthorized transactions went off. I submitted affidavit to Bidvest with *****ulent forms. How long does the investigation take as as I am looking to get 2k that was ****** back. So this should not take that long surely
