Transaction (Withdrawal of Funds)
So disappointed in this bank, my uncle has been banking with this bank for the past 6years. last year September there was a transaction that happened to his account in Cape Town while he's in KZN when he went to the brach they told him that transaction was done in Capetown and he never been in Capetown ... till today this matter hasn't been resolved
