Toxic managers to be addressed

People resigning with no plan cause of managers that don’t know what they doing , it’s important that Bidvest hires managers based on experience and right skills ,my cousin resigned without a job because of a toxic manager Siphosethu tetiwa or whatever her surname is , endless employee engagement cause they don’t want you address managers that wake up in the morning to cause people to hate their jobs. I hope one day life teaches her how to treat people. Hire people with the right skills. I hope this reaches the higher managers before we go to social media. Toxic managers should addressed accordingly.
