Terrible service!

I am trying to receive money from my Payoneer account. I have been using the same account the past 6 years. No changes on my side.

I received this: Unsuccessful Mandate

Please note a completion error has been identified. This means that you are unable to complete the mandate with the information provided and the transaction has been cancelled. Please contact your overseas sender to check the bank account information provided for pay-out. The pay-out bank account details must match with your bank account exactly i.e. as per your Bank Account Confirmation Letter as this is needed for the mandate form completion. Please note that we are unable to amend these details. It can only be amended by the overseas sender who placed this transaction to you.

I phoned them, emailed them, with zero response. I phoned Payoneer, as well as my bank, and they all ensure that they have no problems on their side. I really just need my money!!!!!!
