System slow can't withdraw funds and told to come back
This morning my wife Mrs ACM Roodt went to the Bidvest bank in the Vaal Maal Vanderbijlpark after opening 10 min late she stood in a queue only to be told she can't withdraw her funds as the system is slow and also told she will have to go back to the branch
this is unacceptable
