Suspended Account Wabza Services

I have an Entertainment business and I am also a street vendor . I then was employed to host a tour and wine tasting and also church convention. Now I get paid via a Bidvest mobile speedpoint which uses a card . Then thus went well . Now when the money got into my account Bidvest frose the money and asked for invoices which I produced little did I know they now suspended my account and asking for contact details of the person who paid . Remember I only take the payments not the details of the payer , and we only Frank the Card for security. Now how do I get the contact details of a member who has left the country already . Now my money is sitting there. My business cannot operate because my account is suspended and I cannot pay my workers. Business name is Wabza Services . . This is not fair. Since October 2023.
