Still no money from Bidvest

I am so frustrated, I am at a lost for words. I write a complaint to bidvest on the 4 of November last year and still this money that was supposed to be in September 2024 is still now in. We have a lovely lady who tried to assist by the name of Caroline but clearly it was beyond her paygrade as this matter is still not resolved. At a point ***** was involved because the employees who we thought were assisting were but with their own shenanigans. When is this money going to be paid in. Nobody can give a Cleary date and this is disgusting service honestly!!!!
