I went to bidvest Bank to do moneygram.<br> i needed to send money to another country.<br> i never even got to trans-fare the money.<br> i ended up going to FNB which helped me without any waste of time and useless interrogation.<br> and when it came to refunding me since the transaction was cancelled, they said it was refunded. but there was no money in my account and still even now. 15days Later. i did not get my money back, on top of that, they debited same amount from my account again.(R3975.90)<br> if that is not robbing customers i don't know what is.<br> i queried that , they just told me that they are investigating it,<br> that was it. close to R8000 gone. no word from them ever since.<br> Be warned. stay far off from Bidvest Bank. lest you be ****med/******.<br> i will not rest till i get my moneyback.
