Sh*t service - i want my money

I opened a money account with Old mutual thats being monitored by Bidvest bank, i transfered a Lousy 10K into the account i opened and they just suspended or froze my account without consulting me, without any notifications, apparently 10k is suspecious to them, so i enquired about it since monday i emailed all documents required they still have not got back to me o opened my account, i need my money Bifvest thats my money i want it tody.
