Shameful Service - Terrible brand to be associated with

I have launched the Bidvest payment gateway 3 weeks ago, our accounts have no access to live transactions, money is not being released after submitting proof to the ***** department. Payment gateway has been down 5 days now. I am dealing with the head of the department - Glen, Charles & Tulufelo they don’t Evan have the decency to take my call. All day I am calling them. I run a e-commerce site and I can go out of business like This. There is no accountability from their side and extremely unprofessional!
