My sister opened a service account and she was informed that a minimum of R20 should hold the account but she deposited R100 two days on the line she received a notification sms messages from her phone that R50. Is deducted for Hollywood something remember that is a new account and she never used it herself,she doesn't have app that she did it on her phone ,we want explanation with that
