SARB Reporting Mandate

SARB reporting mandate As mentioned by numerous others this process is fraught with frustration and difficulty. I need to resign this mandate which was unsuccessful. No one from the bank seems to care or be available to assist. Why is receiving money from an overseas sender so hard? If the mandate is unsuccessful why can't I sign it again?
