SARB Mandate form process with Bidvest Bank a living Nightmare

I have yet to receive a SARB mandate form from Bidets to complete even after countless attempts to do this via email communication to them. I am due a payout from Airbnb from the 18th of December 2024, I cannot receive this payout because Bidvest bank cannot send me a mandate form to complete frustratingly. I have dealt with Bidvest in the past and completing forms has been a smooth task but nowadays it turns out to be a nightmare for whatever reason. Please sort it out someone...
