SARB Mandate Error on Bidvest side

You obviously have an issue with your SARB Mandate that you have sent out with lots of people having completion errors. You are holding hundreds or thousands of peoples money and are not giving any information on how to rectify this situation. The least you can do is issue a statement acknowledging the issue so that we know something/anything is being done.
