SARB MANDATE
Today I tried to draw out my salary and I got the SARB mandate form which is fine because I get it every year. I duly filled the form in and received a completion error. I have checked all my information and have tried 4 times to draw my salary and every time I filled the mandate in I get a completion error, no one seems to be able to assist me and I am tired, stressed and anxious and fed up with automated messages. I suggest you sort this out ASAP.m I have bills to pay that are now one month in arrears.

17 Oct 2024, 11:37The other company involved is AZA Finance and they tell me that I need to contact Wise which I did and my information is correct, AZA Finance and Bidvest are not helpful and neither company is willing to assist to rectify the issues we are currently experiencing.
