Retrenchment and Moneymaking scheme

In the beginning I saw this as a great opportunity to work for Bidvest Bank and enjoyed the culture, but as time goes on, you are treated as just a number, unimportant but made to break your back for this Company and not even getting recognized. Zero growth potential despite all the hard years work you put in. I want to lay a complaint againt Bidvest for offering learnerships with the sole intent of only claiming allowances and tax incentives. Bare in mind, atleast 80% of Bidvest employees have been retrenched over the past year(myself included) and these *******s have the audacity to offer learnerships when they have been retrenching people. Does that make sense? They are only looking to cover their own pockets and don't care about all the employees that served them loyally over so many years. I was really upset when I found out today that this learnership programme had been posted, knowing full well how many employees they retrenched and thought how could they kick so many employees to the curb, who are still at home struggling to find work, and now you're offering an opportunity for new individuals to work at your Company with this so called learmership programme??? It's a complete lie. They just want to get paid and everyone needs to know about what they have done.That is the biggest load of bull**** I ever heard. Action should be taken for those involved and I urge anyone never to consider working for them, they will kick you like a worthless animal in the end.
