Reporting mandate denied - Bidvest

I have had the same issue as many other people who have written recently. Our reporting mandate form for our AIRBNB funds keeps being denied, despite all our details being exactly as they are on our documentation. It is incredibly stressful to not know where the funds are now sitting. I emailed a query on the suggested email which then bounced back. I have also logged two queries and have yet to hear back.
