refund my money

still waiting for bid vest bank to refund my deposit, this bank is useless , I was giving them a chance but after this I'm closing my account.

I rented a car from thrifty car rental on the 19 August 2017 return the car on the 22 August 2017. Thrifty informed me that my Bank which is bidvest Bank has a problem when they try to return my deposit, even if they communicated with their bank which is FNB, this is the second time its happening and it is the second time im using the Bidvest Bank Card. the Thrifty Advised me that I should do a dispute, which I did on Montana Brach More that 15 Days ago. then Bidvest ask if I communicate with a merchant of which the mechant is thrifty that was trying to communicate with Bidvest even before we opted for a dispute. Now Im sitting here with no money no nothing just because somebody on bidvest card division is setting some ridiculous rules instead of customer service.
