Poor service and account management

This bank has a grow account with gives you transactional bankig, saving account, and Easy Equities. It is very easy to transfer any amount from transactional banking. But when you want to use the money, they only allow up to R50000. I have been to the branch, I have called but you dont get any assistance. they just tell you to send screenshots. I have been trying to transfer my money for emergency for a week now. So if anyone wants to save big amounts, this bank is a NO NO NO!!!!!!!
