Poor Customer service.

I had a very humiliating experience at Bidvest Bank in Sandton city.

The cashier/banker, Tumi, that was assisting me was nonchalant, rude and constantly making jokes with her colleague Mishka about myself and other clients, all while assisting me. I had mistakenly thought that I needed Euros for my trip to London. Instead of correcting me with respect, her and her friend Mishka ridiculed me. More than that, the systems were slow and I waited patiently for about 20 minutes without Tumi communicating much to me. I have never experienced such bad service, especially from a big corporation like Bidvest Bank. I expected much more respect in my encounter with Tumi and her colleague Mishka.
